Security FAQs

Can the operator bypass the position sensors?

No. The software is hardcoded to require a "CLEAR" signal from the PLC before the "Save Ticket" button is enabled. Only an administrator with a master password can bypass this in an emergency.

What happens if a camera fails?

The system can be configured to block weighment if cameras are offline, or allow weighment but flag the ticket as "NO_IMAGE" and send an alert to management regarding hardware failure.
